STAG’s Web Fulfillment Associates are responsible for picking, packing & auditing all outgoing e-commerce orders, receipt of new inventory, preparation of outgoing store transfers, and other operational tasks.

Retail, Warehouse, and/or Order Fulfillment background recommended.

The fulfillment center mostly operates Monday - Saturday year-round. Shifts can range from 5 - 8 hours. Availability can range from 16 - 40 hours.

DUTIES

ORDER MANAGEMENT & FULFILLMENT

· Responsible for picking, packing, & auditing all outgoing orders for accuracy, quality of outgoing items, and to meet strict internal fulfillment deadlines & expectations

· Works with Web Customer Service Team and to problem solve order exceptions to ensure timely resolution

· Prepares pick up for shipping carrier partners & STAG store locations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of outgoing orders

INVENTORY OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE

· Responsible for supporting the daily opening and closing duties, including inventory handling, cleaning, maintenance, and warehouse organization

· Maintains a high level of backstock standards including folding, sorting, and cleanliness appropriate to merchandise storage

· Responsible for processing, ticketing and placement of new goods as they arrive in warehouse

· Conducts regular inventory counts and completes the inventory reconciliation process in partnership with the Warehouse Manager and Ecommerce Operations

· Fulfills store transfers & replenishment from warehouse with accuracy and strict attention to detail

COMMUNICATION

· Openly communicates with fellow team members, Web Customer Service team, and STAG leadership on all warehouse matters including needs, goals, results, and improvement opportunities

· Supports an inclusive team-focused environment amongst staff and management team

· Communicates disruption to fulfillment or inventory operations in a timely manner to ensure support can be provided and business operations are not impacted

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

● Detail oriented problem solver

● High level of ownership & accountability

● Self-starter, capable of working independently

● Flexible, able to respond to high volume & shift priorities throughout the day

● Experience with inventory & order fulfillment operations

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● 1-3 years relevant work experience - ecommerce or retail apparel a bonus

● Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day

● Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

● Covid vaccination required
