Position Overview

The Web development and Collaboration intern will have responsibilities in development and modification of web pages and/or delivery of enterprise level projects in the collaboration platforms used by Kiewit. The position will report to the Manager of Enterprise Collaboration Platforms within the Kiewit Technology Group Corporate Platform Management organization.
District Overview
Kiewit Technology Group (KTG) builds solutions to enable and support a $12.5 billion company. On this team, we focus on the tools used to communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers utilizing various technology platforms.
Location
This position is based out of our Kiewit Business Center at 12720 I Street Omaha, NE.
Responsibilities
• Interest in building knowledge in enterprise collaboration tools and/or web design and development
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated to learn and develop professionally while delivering valuable solutions to our business.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain excellent, regular attendance
• Attention to details related to customer requests to meet the needs of our business.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older at time of Internship
• Experience with Web Development languages and tools and/or collaboration and communication platforms for schools or enterprises.
• Ability to work from assigned Omaha office for the duration of the internship
• Work productively and meet deadlines timely
• Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
• Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
• Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
Dress Code Requirements:
Dress for your day, which includes the ability to wear jeans and a nice shirt
Other Requirements:
