INNOVIM is seeking a Web Developer, Mid to support The National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS). Which provides timely access to global environmental data from satellites and other sources to promote, protect, and enhance the Nation’s economy, security, environment, and quality of life.
Through the Web, we convey and amplify our core mission stories letting the public, stakeholders, and partners know how we are working for them to provide information and resources to understand and predict changes in climate, weather, oceans and coasts. **This position is contingent to contract award**
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in Drupal and responsive website development.
- 2+ years experience working with integrations and APIs.
- Experience working with site performance in dealing with Big Data.
- Experience in Javascript, Bootstrap, jQuery, Backbone.js, Ember.js, D3, PHP, Angular, React.js, HTML, CSS.
- Integration of consuming RESTful APIs.
- This position requires the ability to be able to communicate and work both independently and with the team.
- Excellent time-management skills, along with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects.
