Job Summary:

As our Web Designer/Developer, you'll craft stunning digital experiences on platforms like WordPress and Shopify, and bring cutting-edge UI/UX practices to life. You'll lead projects with agility, stay ahead of tech trends, and weave together data to support our marketing and sales dreams. Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain custom themes for Wordpress, Shopify, ClickFunnels and other various platforms.
• Knowledge and implementation of effective web page layouts, action-oriented design skills, and integration with other business systems.
• Implement UI/UX best practices to ensure exceptional user experiences and support marketing and sales goals.
• Manage projects using agile methodologies, and utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated on the latest web design and development trends and technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.
• Ability to design website architecture to support different user journeys efficiently.
• Strong user-centered design skills that both support brand standards and business goals.
• Ability to capture sales and marketing data for integration with other business systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in web development and project management.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in designing user-friendly interfaces for websites, click funnels, e-commerce stores, and software applications.
• Proven track record of successfully managing web development projects using agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple brands and products.
• Experience prioritizing competing projects and objectives.
• Collaborative approach to project management.

Qualifications:

• Experience with HTML/HTML 5, JavaScript, React, CSS, PHP and development frameworks (like Angular, Ruby, Zend, etc.), APIs and web data formats.
• Experience in Adobe Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Copywriting experience is a bonus.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.
• Experience in performance optimization.
• Experience designing and implementing automations using Zapier-style tools and custom APIs to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
