WHO WE NEED:

As a Web Designer you will be a key player in the creation of engaging and visually compelling web content. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through web design, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• 3+ years of experience in web design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with content management systems such as WordPress
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles
• Excellent communication with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
• Ability to adapt to feedback and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Conceptualize and create a visually appealing, user-friendly web pages
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various devices
• Work closely with senior designers to develop and refine design concepts based on feedback and project goals
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups for team review
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas
