We are rapidly growing, and are currently looking for a Web Designer to help ensure our clients have a seamless experience while working with us.

Job Description:

As a Web Designer at Funnel Boost Media, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Planning and overseeing projects ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion
• Creating original designs from scratch utilizing Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite
• Creating website mockups that complement clients' culture and industry
• Designing web experiences that convert leads while appearing professional
• Upholding Funnel Boost Media’s promise of an outstanding customer experience
• Interacting with developers, project managers, and other designers in a collaborative manner, which will include offering and receiving criticism

What You Can Bring to the Table:

• Working knowledge of basic graphic design concepts/terminology
• Working knowledge of color theory, consumer behavior, psychology pertaining to a visitors' web experience
• Stellar attention to detail
• Ability to layout and prototype in Figma
• Ability to modify, create, and format images using applications from Adobes Creative suite, such as Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to modify, create, and format videos using applications from Adobes Creative suite, such as After Effects and Premiere (Preferred)
• Good sense of professional design
• Ability to receive and process feedback
• Strong communication skills

Formal education or agency experience is preferred but not required, but applicants will be asked to show a robust portfolio of works which demonstrate the above criteria. Either web portfolios or physical, well-organized portfolios are preferred.

Please note that this position is in-office. Applicants must be local, or are planning to become local, to our San Antonio office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
