Job Summary
- May support higher-level developers on larger, more complex applications that have enterprise-wide, cross-functional area impact.
- Responsible for managing multiple technical projects relating to IST application development, including managing projects from design to implementation and keep abreast of industry trends/practices.
- Primary focus on design, development, and implementation of creative business solution systems.
- Designs, programs, tests, implements, and documents more complex new and existing systems with enterprise-wide, cross-functional impact.
- Interacts extensively with functional users to confirm the applicability of design alternatives, id/recommend cost-effective options & address customer concerns.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Associate Web Designer - Programmer Analyst
0-1+ years' experience designing layouts for web, print or other media using prototyping applications such as Figma, Axure and/or InDesign.
0-1+ years' experience creating graphics using Illustrator, Photoshop or other vector-based design tool.
Web Designer - Programmer Analyst
2+ years' experience designing layouts for web, print or other media using prototyping applications such as Figma, Axure and/or InDesign.
2+ years' experience creating graphics using Illustrator, Photoshop or other vector-based design tool.
- Willingness to learn HTML/CSS and other front-end technologies.
- Must have comprehensive problem-solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, organization, and project management skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
- Must have thorough interpersonal and communications skills verbal and written.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Discipline(s): Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics.
