Purpose
To ensure timely processing of all insurance company website account administration requests, including new account registrations, password resets and troubleshooting for all new and existing clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Register accounts within websites for new and existing clients
- Maintain new and existing book of business including usernames and passwords for all insurance companies
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures.

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.)
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience
- Computer Skills
- Prior word processing, spreadsheet and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word required.
- One to two years related experience with prior experience of EDI operations preferred
- Prior password management experience preferred

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals

- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, use hands, talk, hear and occasionally walk and reach with hands or arms
