Requirements:
- The hardhat. Must ensure that proper safety and work protocols are always being utilized by you and fellow team members.
- The chops. Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities needed.

- The accountability. Responsible for quality of work, as well as proper maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
- The education. High school diploma, or a combo of education, training, and experience.
- The drive. Must have a valid driver's license with no major violations.

- The extra mile. Be coachable, trainable, eager to learn, have a positive outlook, and get along with others.
Bonus Points:
- IICRC Certifications such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, and/or FSRT
- Experience with trauma/crime scene clean-up
- Experience with crawlspace encapsulation
- Knowledge and experience with Encircle and/or Xcelerate job management systems
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
