  • "Weeks is a small company that has been around for a long time, has a very good reputation, and has employees who have worked there for years. That is a testament that Weeks works hard to move with the times and bring their employees along. They offer so many benefits, including 401(k), PTO, sick time, and paid holidays. They have several employee functions, potlucks, paint bowl night, and holiday parties that include our families, making Weeks a fun workplace. As with all companies, there are some areas to improve, such as communication, and I feel Weeks supplies their employees with several tools to improve situations that concern us. It is just a great place to be."
