Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our customers through equipment issues, installation guidance, and troubleshooting, ensuring their satisfaction and the optimal performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues over the phone related to equipment startup, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Efficiently manage warranty and non-warranty claims, including testing, rebuilding, and repairing returned items.
• Develop and maintain documentation and instructional videos to minimize recurring tech support inquiries.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of all US Water Systems products and affiliated equipment.
• Collaborate with the product development team to suggest improvements for products and support materials, aiming to reduce technical support calls.
• Commitment to working one Saturday per month to support our team's goals and service our customers' needs.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Water Treatment service and installation.
• High school diploma or GED; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in customer service, with an upbeat personality and strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office suite
• Hands-on plumbing and electrical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical valves and pumps.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with document management and the creation of support materials.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent time management and forward-thinking abilities.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
