Responsibilities/Duties

· Perform quality inspections of materials, ensuring that the delivery is completed as requested and that the material meets company and industry standards.

· Organize material in the most efficient way using forklifts, pallets, etc.

· Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.

· Pull and stage material to fulfil orders properly.

· Stores remaining material back in inventory after production orders have been completed.

· Locates and packs materials for OM orders/shipping.

· Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.

· Keep inventory area organized and tidy and implement general housekeeping practices to maintain workplace cleanliness.

· Adhering to health and safety regulations at all time.

· Operate basic machinery such as a Shear machine to cut raw stock material to size.

· Coordinating day-to-day tasks with Manager/Supervisor.

Education/Experience:

:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Minimum 1-year experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment

:

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience

· Microsoft Office experience

Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

· Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members

· Basic shop skills, such as using hand tools

· Perform sequence operation in a timely manner.

· Multi-task and take on new projects in a fast-paced environment

· Work with minimal supervision

Physical Demand

· Sit or stand for periods of time

· Reach, stoop, or kneel

· Lift and carry weight up to approximately 20 pounds

· Loud noise
