JOB SUMMARY
Coordinate activities and provide administrative support involved with procuring goods and services required to ensure the efficient operation of Frit Car, INC.
JOB FUNCTIONS
-Become familiar with variety of office practices and procedures
-Carry out duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email to ensure that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in efficient manner
- Assist and direct visitors/vendors as needed
- Confer with vendors to obtain material information such as price, availability, and delivery
- Assist in daily purchasing operations and monthly inventory reporting
- Perform research and generate reports
- Maintain supplies in inventory by matching stock requisitions, purchase orders, and receivers

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
-Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
