Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Entry Level Water Resources Engineer to join our growing Water Resources group in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities may include:

  • Hydrologic and hydraulic and modeling
  • Preparing working drawings, plans, cost estimates, studies, reports, and other work products
  • Analysis and design of stormwater drainage system, hydraulic structures, and highway drainage systems.
  • Ability to perform independent tasks, reviewing technical work of others
  • Writing technical reports and memoranda
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passed Fundamentals of Engineering exam
  • Experience and familiarity with design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD/Civil3D, Microstation, ArcGIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS 1D/2D, SRH-2D, SWMM, HydroCAD)

Additional Information
  • Relocation is not available for this position.
  • Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $65,478.40 - $87,015.40.
