All Dry Services is dedicated to helping homeowners and business owners who are dealing with the aftermath of disasters. From sewage backups to mold caused by flooding, there are many situations where you simply cannot clean your property without professional help. All Dry Services expert restoration and cleanup technicians have been helping customers restore the cleanliness and safety of their homes and businesses since 2014.

About the Opportunity
This opportunity will include a minimum 40 hours per week plus occasional overtime. You must have a clean driving record. The successful candidate will have the ability to gain a deep understanding of IICRC Standards S500 and S520, outstanding communication skills, and an intrinsic drive to grow the startup by delivering exceptional customer service.
The employee in this position will enjoy room for advancement to supervisory into lead technician roles. As the company grows, so will the opportunities and benefits!

Some examples of work responsibilities:
- Assist lead technician with water mitigation services IAW S500 and All Dry corporate standards
- Assist lead technician with mold remediation services IAW S520 and All Dry corporate standards
- Perform demolition tasks as necessary to complete mitigation
- Communicate effectively with lead technician about the status of jobs
- Understand when to pause a job and reach out for assistance (risk management)
- Assist with documentation status of jobs
- Remove debris such as drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
- Adhere to and enforce health and safety requirements (PPE, fall protection, etc.)
- Assist in maintaining a clean, inventoried and fully stocked technician truck, equipment and tools
- Maintain a strict professional appearance
- During time periods when no jobs booked, work hours will be spent performing other tasks as directed by lead technician
About You
Minimum requirements:
- Well organized, efficient, energetic, trustworthy & reliable
- Oriented on delivering outstanding customer service
- Comfortable with learning new technology
- Comfortable with basic math
- Able to lift 70 lbs or 100 lbs with help
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass background check / drug screening
- Open to work on-call rotation to respond to 24/7 restoration calls
- High School Diploma / equivalent
Desired requirements:
- IICRC Water Remediation Technician
- Texas Mold Remediation Worker Certification
- 1 years of water and/or mold remediation experience
- Experience in water, mold, or fire restoration
- Texas Asbestos Worker
Benefits Include
- Wages + Overtime; $16-$19/hr: rate dependent on experience
