Wastewater Operator Class Ii

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain wastewater treatment equipment, including pumps, motors, blowers, and chemical feed systems.
- Monitor and analyze wastewater samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Record and maintain accurate logs of daily operations and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

-Must have Ohio EPA Wastewater Class II license
- Previous experience working with wastewater treatment systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and the ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform equipment repairs.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required.
- Basic plumbing skills for maintenance tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.04 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
