SalaryZero Waste Solutions, Inc. is seeking Front End drivers to operate refuse trucks, collect and dump trash receptacles, and manage routes schedule.

- Pay Rate: $28 - $30 an hour dependent on candidate experience
Responsibilities:
- Collects trash, recycle, and bulk items from residential and commercial accounts, and disposes at appropriate locations/landfills.
- Makes minor adjustments to and assists in cleaning or servicing of equipment used.
- Conducts routine safety and maintenance checks of equipment before leaving the yard and at the end of the day.
- Maintains records of work performed and submits reports to Project Manager.
- Performs other essential duties as required to achieve successful operations of the ISWM Program.
- Observes proper safety, and DOT regulations in the field.
- Performs physical labor and any other duty that is required.
- Maintains and inspects vehicles and equipment daily.
- Maintains daily vehicle, and route related records. Reports accidents and incidents to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- 2 years of minimum experience -Heavy Truck driving, equipment operation, waste management.
- Class B CDL State driver's license with the insurable record, DOT Health Card, and Pass DOT Drug Screen.
- Ability to obtain security background clearance
- COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate
