Join our specialized dry van fleet featuring exclusively 10-speed Manual Trucks, offering a unique driving experience tailored to your preferences. This position guarantees weekly home time for a minimum of 34 hours, providing the perfect balance between work and personal life. You'll primarily be operating in the Atlantic region, ensuring varied and engaging routes.

Position Description:

• Enjoy the convenience of weekly home time, with 3 out of 4 weeks featuring weekend home time, while the remaining week offers a mid-week break.
• Cover an average of 2100 miles per week or more, depending on your desired level of commitment and willingness to run harder.
• Navigate the diverse landscapes of the Atlantic Region, encompassing the Northeast and extending into parts of Canada.
• Experience streamlined operations with mostly drop/hook assignments, maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Proficiency in operating a 10-speed Manual Truck is required for this role.

Pay:

• Anticipate earning an average of $1260-$1600 per week, with minimum pay protection of $1,060 serving as a safety net for unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.
• Receive additional compensation for detention and breakdowns, ensuring fair remuneration for your time and effort.

Location:

• We are hiring drivers from anywhere in Ohio, offering accessibility and opportunity for individuals across the state.

Running Areas:

• Cover the Midwest, Ohio Region, including Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia

Orientation:

• Benefit from a comprehensive 3-day orientation program, where breakfast and lunch are provided, and all travel and lodging expenses are covered. Orientation is fully paid, ensuring a smooth transition into your new role.

Equipment:

• Operate well-maintained 2016 or newer International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadia, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1500-watt inverters and an Opti-idle program for efficient heating/cooling.

Qualifications for the CDL A Truck Driver:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL A license.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months or 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Possess proficiency in handling a tractor with a minimum length of 48ft and must be able to travel into Canada.
