A global provider of climate control solutions for the heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration markets is looking to add a Warranty Representative to their team.
This is a long temporary position with possibility for it to turn into a permanent role.
You will have success in this role if you love to learn, ask questions, and can think outside of the box. Perfect for anyone that is driven and great at problem solving! You also get to work remotely on Fridays after the training period!
- Provide excellent customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration.
- Evaluate, review, and process warranty claims.
- Deescalate and resolve customer concerns.
- Provide technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration.
- Monday-Thursday on site, Friday Remote; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM
- Must be available to train fully on-site during training period from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 2 years of experience in customer service resolution or call center experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office and Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
