Chemical Service Representative

Description

Oil & Gas Solutions is a Corrosion Engineering company that has an opening for a Chemical Service Representative to operate out of our Andrews, Texas facility. The Service Representative will primarily be responsible for providing on-site testing and delivery services in accordance for our Standard Service Package, installations or Service plan. This service includes setup automation, chemical feed and control equipment maintenance, chemical delivery, inventory management, technical recommendations, and written service reports.

Other Responsibilities include:

• Maintains a relationship with key customer personnel and takes ownership for account retention. This includes customer relations and satisfaction.
• Support sales increases by providing excellent service and equipment solutions to existing customer base. This requires creativity and ingenuity in devising solutions to customer problems and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Manages yard inventory and delivery operations. This requires time, data and some computer skills and disciplined work behavior.
• Utilizes support from the Manager, sales team, and corporate to assist in maintaining all DOT, local and company regulations.
• Completes required field documentation and reports (i.e., Standard Service Reports, Inventory Tracking, Service Schedules, Expense Report, etc.) in a timely fashion as determined by company policy and departmental procedures.
• Work with manager and sales to manage and maintain inventory and delivery of chemical, equipment, and parts in warehouse for on-time delivery to customers.
• Responsible for all aspects of safety on the job, including the operation and maintenance of assigned company vehicle, the compliance with company safety, HAZMAT & Product Stewardship policies.
• Travels as required

Qualifications

The minimum qualifications the candidate will have include:

• 2+ years CDL / Hazmat experience in Chemical delivery applications
• 1 + years related Chemical service experience and the ability to interact well with customers
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems required
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads
• Basic Computer Skills
• Must have and maintain a valid CDL driver's license with Hazmat endorsement.
• Pro-active Communication Skills

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
