Manitowoc Ice Pentair is a leading provider of commercial ice makers. This allows us to enhance and deliver our total water management offerings to an expanded network of channel partners and customers, further establishing Pentair as a leader in a vast and growing industry.
We have an opportunity for a Warranty Coordinator to join our Manitowoc Ice, WI team. As a “Warranty Coordinator” your main responsibilities would be the reviewing and processing of Manitowoc Ice warranty claims from business partners for the North American market. These claim types submitted and processed as a claim processor may result in a full payment, a partial payment, or the entire claim denied. Along with learning these processes you will understand who can submit warranty claims direct to Manitowoc Ice, our territory Distributors, or our Factory Authorized Servicers. Another role as a processor is the handling of incoming claim phone calls received from our direct network, our customers that own the equipment, or calls direct from inside our company.
You will:
- Process all claim types in “Claims Processing System” (Salesforce) to meet company submittal to time of process efficiency.
- Handle incoming phone calls regarding claims, majority from external customers needing assistance.
- Monitor/reply to warranty email submittals and supporting the “outbound error log” for claims in a timely manner.
- As a claims processor you will be working with other team member processing claims.
- Key objectives will be learning to process different claim types, understanding of the Distributor, Distributor Authorized Servicing Dealers (DASD’s), Factory Authorized Servicers (FAS’s) and other customer types.
Key Qualifications:
- Good computer skills (Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Teams).
- High level of input accuracy (error free) within appropriate efficiency levels.
- Ability to stay focused on work in a demanding environment, mindfulness, problem-solving.
- Strong team-player, ability to be open to others’ opinions, and have a positive-attitude.
- Have 2-3 years of office environment and collaborating with other employees.
- Ability to communicate to others effectively and efficiently with (internal employees and external customers), open to other’s perspectives.
