Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Review work orders to ensure manufacturer compliance
- Return improperly completed work orders to dealer who originated the documents for corrections
- Follow policy and procedure guidelines
- Review work orders for parts and equipment and determine applicable coverage
- Create and monitor warranty claims on multiple vendor sites
- Adjust and correct denied claims
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Attend training as needed to enhance job performance
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working in a dealership, preferably with service or warranties
- Proficiency with basic computer programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous office experience
