JOB SUMMARY:
- Claim and expense recovery activities for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
- Dealership DSFW (Dealer Sponsored Fleet Warranty) customers for OEM activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review, arrange and finalize OEM warranty repair orders with an emphasis on chassis related issues
Finalize engine warranty repair orders and warranty claim submittals, occasionally based on workload
Build and process OEM warranty claims
Return failed material as needed
Respond to OEM information inquiries
Issue customer credits as needed
Other duties as assigned to meet business requirements
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer support/service-related work experience in an office environment or industry related experience
- Participate in OEM warranty training programs as necessary to perform job duties satisfactorily
KEY ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / CHARACTERISTICS:
- Intermediate desktop PC skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Good typing skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post secondary education
- Industry related background
- ADP experience
- Google Docs experience
