Warranty Administrator

The Service Warranty Administrator is responsible for reviewing and completing warranty claims. This includes preparing, recording, reconciling warranty claims and submitting them to the appropriate party. Come join our team!

Duties

• Prepare warranty ROs with accuracy, legibility and compliance to the manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures as outlined in appropriate manufacturer’s warranty policy and procedure manuals.
• Good time management skills with the ability to work autonomously on assignments.
• Review and process all returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims, track each claim until its final resolution.
• Process warranty claims on a timely basis and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims.
• Maintain warranty records and documentation in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with service technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims.
• Assist in resolving any warranty-related issues or disputes.

Skills

• Proficient in using computer software and systems for data entry and record keeping
• Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
