Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor controls (internal cost control, dealer warranty performance, regional reviews, field audit)
- Handle vehicle branding
- Dealer training
- Warranty hotline (training, approval process)
- Handle parts warranty (over-the-counter items)
- Communicate with other departments
- Follow up on dealers with exception
- Chargeback/appeal process
- Delegation of authority - internal approval, dealer self authorization
- Claim processing - automated v manual approval; denial; pending
- Reports (exception, analysis, special reports)
- Dealer payments (payment processing, retail state reimbursement)
- Bill process (recoveries process)
- Account reconciliations
- Warranty reserves
- Communication to dealers, customers, parts distribution, parent company
- Managing status of recalls
