Warewasher

The Ware Washer is responsible for maintaining and upholding standard operating procedures put forward by the kitchen manager and Experience Variety Group. Success in this position requires time management, effective communication, knowledge and basic kitchen skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Actively working the dish station in the kitchen.
• Working scheduled shifts for proper staff coverage.
• Maintaining equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to company standards.
• Alerting the kitchen manager when inventory levels drop and need to be reordered.
• Maintaining a positive and customer service orientated environment consistent with Experience Variety Group company culture.
• Awareness of promotional items, events, or any company events.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.

Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Must be able to communicate with other team members and guest

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Knowledge and understanding of basic math

REASONING ABILITY

• Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for a long period of time
