We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Hybrid Warehouse / Office Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing daily order processing, inventory control, and maintaining the overall organization of our warehouse. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing:
- Process daily orders by coordinating with vendors and printing labels for in-house orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Shipping and Logistics:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Schedule daily FedEx and USPS pickups to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Implement and manage barcoding systems for efficient tracking of items.
- Keep inventory up to date in the system to reflect real-time stock levels.
- Warehouse Organization:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout and workflow.
- Sales Channel Coordination:
- Enter and update tracking information on all sales channels to keep customers informed.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with various sales platforms.
- General Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
- Experience with inventory management systems and barcoding is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
