Position Summary
The warehouse and logistics manager will be responsible for supervising warehouse operations and organization, as well as planning and scheduling deliveries to our customers. They will be supervising a team of 3-4 drivers and warehouse staff.
· Give oversight to the warehouse & delivery operations team.
· Maintain efficient, accurate, and clean operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Dispatch local delivery trucks as well as LTL shipments.
· Manage inventory stock levels in the warehouse.

Essential Job functions
· Enter orders and information into our computerized ERP
· Conduct daily meetings with the warehouse and delivery department team.
· Place purchase orders with vendors to restock inventory.
· Plan and optimize delivery routes.
· Quote and book LTL shipments daily.
· Conduct and audit inventory counts to ensure accurate record keeping.
· Keep the warehouse in a clean and safe condition.
· Coordinate repairs and maintenance on delivery trucks and warehouse equipment
· Assign and delegate tasks and deliveries to the warehouse staff and delivery drivers.
Skills, Experience and Physical Requirements
· Candidate should have prior experience working in or managing a warehouse with computerized inventory tracking and ordering. Proficient computer skills are essential to be able to keep accurate records, document and communicate with coworkers and vendors.
· Should be able to use a smartphone to take pictures, scan documents and create emails with attachments.
· Physical activity and hands-on work are part of the job. Should be able to lift 60-pound bags and boxes to restock shelves and prepare orders.
· Should have prior experience operating a forklift and must have the physical ability to do so safely. This would include good vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to turn head and neck.
· Should have prior experience as a team leader or supervisor.
· Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
