About Total Safety
- Prepares and expedites shipments
- Follow labeling requirements for each customer
- Compares identifying information on outgoing shipments to verify product and counts match outbound shipment documentation.
- Fill and prep vending machines at customer locations
- Resolve vending issues remotely and on-site as necessary in a timely manner.
- Prepare orders by processing purchase requests; pulling merchandise.
- Process adds, changes, and removal of items in vending machines.
- Maintain vending machine parts inventory. Place orders as necessary and perform routine physical inventory of assets.
- Perform vending machines cycle counts when necessary.
- Perform basic hardware and software maintenance on vending machines
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Role Expectations:
- Manage and grow District (House) accounts.
- Quickly respond to contractor needs and requests.
- Provide outstanding levels of service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Maximize contractor transactions.
- Fulfill day-to-day transactional sales.
- Effectively communicate with contract customers and internal (Total Safety) resources to deliver what was promised.
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent
- Operation of Forklift and Cherry Picker
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to pass background and drug/alcohol test
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Clean and active driving record
- Time management to complete all regularly scheduled tasks on a timely basis.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- TWIC Card required
- Organized and time management skills
- With minimal supervision, demonstrate the ability to solve practical problems.
- Ability to interpret packing slip.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
