Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to safely and efficiently move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks, verifying quantities and quality of items, and maintaining accurate records.
- Stuff boxes with products according to specified instructions and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, locate items, and process orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping, stacking, and arranging products and materials.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and participate in cycle counting activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification and proven experience operating a forklift safely.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 80 pounds without assistance.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and locate items efficiently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal management oversight.
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations is preferred.
