PACE Supply Distribution Center in Stockton, CA has immediate openings for experienced Warehouse Workers for our Swing Shift. Schedule: Monday- Friday, 3:30pm- 12:00am, must be available to work daily overtime if needed.
Our warehouse/Utility Workers are responsible for but not limited to; pick, receive, load trailers and put away product. This position will require to operate an Order Picker (cherry picker), stand up lift and/or Reach Lift, RF Gun will be utilized to scan products. Must be able to meet company productivity standards.
- Looks up part numbers, quantities, product locations, and customer information on the computer, as appropriate.
- Refills shelves and racks from overstock, as needed.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a cooperative manner with customers, co-workers and managers.
- Receives orders through supervisor from prepared and prioritized work tags.
- Pulls orders from inventory, manually and/or utilizing forklift.
- Maintains cleanliness of the overall facility to support safety standards, with an emphasis on the area assigned to the work-group.
- Operate equipment such as order picker, stand up and/or reach lift.
- Utilize an RF scanner for daily tasks
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills.
- Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in time management, consistently meeting responsibilities within designated timeframes.
- Collaborative mindset, fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external interactions with customers and manufacturers.
- Basic math skills, including counting and performing computations up to four digits.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including keyboarding.
- Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and oral communication.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, considering all factors and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Adherence to workplace rules, methods, policies, and procedures.

Physical Requirements:
- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
- Occasionally, the employee is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs. regularly. This includes carrying, dragging, and walking with materials, as well as using a hand-truck.
- Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Environmental Conditions:
- The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
- Occasionally, the employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
