Warehouse Utility Worker

Do you enjoy being active, working in a warehouse environment and have warehouse and inventory experience? We are looking for an innovative Warehouse Utility Associate with forklift experience. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to showcase their expertise. The Ideal Candidate will have Experience working with in a manufacturing environment. And have extensive knowledge of Shipping & Receiving with great computer skills. Must have forklift experience as well as shipping & receiving experience. We are looking for the right person with inventory control experience and use of a RF Scan gun as well as experience an inventory tracking system.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Receiving –

o Verify product delivered to paperwork and system.

o Perform receiving transaction in JDE.

o Move product to physical location and perform transaction in JDE.

o File/scan paperwork.

· Material Handling for Production –

o Pull materials/components per work order requirements in FIFO.

o Move product to proper area.

o Perform transactions in JDE.

o Perform Cycle Counts as needed.

· Material Handling for Customer Orders –

o Review pick slips and pull product using FIFO.

o Prepare product for labeling.

o Label product correctly.

o Inform Shipping that product is ready.

· Shipping –

o Review pick slips from material handling.

o Generate labels for material handlers.

o Process order in JDE and freight system(s).

o Prepare shipment documentation packets to include:

Packing lists

Invoices

Certifications

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
