SUPERHERO JOB SUMMARY
The Wound Pros LLC is looking for a superstar Warehouse Team Members who will take our pick/pack operations to the next level. To be successful in this role you should have experience picking and packing orders in a warehouse, a positive ‘can-do attitude, and a curiosity to want to learn and do more.
WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED
- 2+ years experience picking and packing orders in a warehouse
- High School degree or equivalent
- Forklift certification and experience preferred
- Prior experience in cross-functional roles and team collaboration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational and planning skills
- Technical aptitude with ability to adapt, learn quickly, and teach others
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive etc.
ATTRIBUTES NEEDED FOR THE ROLE
- Expert ability to sort products and materials, take inventory, and weigh packages when needed
- Ability to quickly learn how to handle different materials and products, making sure products are stored safely
- Expert knowledge of loading equipment and other specialized machinery used in warehouses, such as box compactors
- Excellent oral communication skills with close attention to detail
- Understanding of all safety requirements for the job site
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work

- Loading, unloading and moving products and materials by hand or by using equipment such as a forklift
- Counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking products of various sizes to make sure shipments are safe
- Keeping an inventory of products in the warehouse and making sure everything is in the correct place and ordered if needed
- Keeping the area safe and ensuring the safety of other warehouse workers
- Working with others within the warehouse and managers to make sure daily procedures are done
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
COMPENSATION
- Hourly compensation of up to $21.00/hr, plus tremendous opportunity for professional growth and advancement
WORK SCHEDULE
- This position is a full-time 40 hour work week availability, Monday- Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
