Responsibilities:
-Shift leadership of the production line operating team as a member of the operating crew.
-Supports management and the team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of customer orders in
-Compliance with all safety, quality, and cost and productivity guidelines.
-Participate in positive shift relief and positive shift relief rotation procedures and maintain acceptable attendance.
-Understand and follow all company policies and procedures and to assist with making sure the policies and procedures are followed by the other team members.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Skills:
_Attendance is very important.
_Must have drive.
-MUST have reliable transportation.
-Flexible to do OT and work between Day and Night Shift
-Good work performance and attitude
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years in warehouse manager role
Must be able to utilize a FL
Must be able to pass background check
