Location: Reno, NV
Hours: Mon-Thu from 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM ( 4 days a week 8 hours a day)
Needs to have a valid driver license.
Pay: $17/Hr
Overall Purpose:
Responsible for materials and inventory management functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Includes order placement and tracking, receiving, stocking, selecting, packing, shipping and supplier performance management.
2) Coordinating the collection and delivering of company supplies and media.
3) Maintains records to measure productivity, quality, safety and attendance.
4) Utilizes a variety of mechanized systems to provide balance accuracy, create efficiencies in report data, track cost and maintain budget analysis.
5) Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation and procedure verification, and system review.
6) May audit incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.
7) Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
8) Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

2. Ability to use hand and power tools
3. Basic engine/vehicle maintenance skills (test/replace battery, replace headlights, basic troubleshooting, etc)
4. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
5. Manage shipping/receiving (create BoL, set up FedEx/UPS, log incoming/outgoing deliveries)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Perform monthly generator routines
Run each generator for at least 1 hour every month as per Client procedure
Power up/down (open/close breakers) network equipment to add load
Fill out run log located in each asset
Complete run log fields in OREMIS system
Complete fields in WMS and close tickets
Ensure environmental monitoring system is deactivated/activated as required during routine and clear/reset all alarms at routine completion Complete monthly Fire Extinguisher routines
Check inspection tags on all FEs
Remove any FEs that have expired tags and replace with FEs with valid tag
Annually retrieve all FEs and present them to FE inspection vendor for recertification
After all FEs have been certified, place all FEs back in original locations
Complete fields in WMS and close tickets Complete weekly air system routines
Check air brake system on all trailers with air systems
Charge each air system with air. Check for leaks and verify brakes release
Verify tire pressures are correct and adjust pressure as needed
Release air from system and verify brakes engage Perform Annual Battery routines
Use Midtronics test set to test trailer battery strings
Document results
Update and close WMS tickets Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs (includes but not limited to)
Generators not starting
Air leaks
Broken doors
Flat tires
Vehicle issues such as dead batteries, failed lights/lamps Perform shipping / receiving duties
Load unload pallets using powered and unpowered forklifts
Secure large items to pallets
Box/unbox items for shipment/delivery
Accept UPS/FedEx deliveries General warehouse cleaning
Empty trash cans on a regular basis
Dispose of carboard and other recyclables in appropriate container
Clean floors using floor scrubber and brooms
General cleaning of debris inside warehouse (cobwebs, metal shavings, small debris, dust, etc.)
Empty condensation containers as needed
Washing outside / cleaning inside of vehicles Other warehouse duties
Assist with moving large items around the warehouse (powered forklift/ATV/Moffett)
Load / unload equipment and pallets to/from storage racks
Assist with loading / unloading assets before and after deployments
Cutting lumber
Some light construction
Light welding / metal cutting / metal work
Light painting Inventory of some tools / supplies
Transporting vehicles to/from repair shop or other close Client locations
Assist with maintaining inventory of ReUse equipment
Storage and organization of packing materials, tools, supplies used by warehouse team
Perform general monthly inspection of NDR Assets (interior & exterior) and identify defects
Document defects and make repairs or refer to NDR team for vendor referral.
