Salary: $28 - $30/hr. DOE

Position Summary
Tactical Air Support, Inc. (TacAir) is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to
join our team as an Inventory Control & Warehouse Specialist. This role is responsible for managing.
inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, processing outbound shipments, receiving inbound material,
overseeing inter-warehouse transfers, delivering parts, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
environment, assisting colleagues, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound shipments by properly packing and labeling orders for transport via FedEx, USPS and freight forwarders.
• Deceive incoming goods by verifying quantities, inspecting items for damage, and entering information into Ramco inventory management system.
• Oversee warehouse transfers by coordinating the movement of goods between different
• Deliver parts to internal departments and external Operating Locations (OLs) in Fallon, Nevada and Klamath Falls, Oregon as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by keeping storage areas tidy, disposing of waste properly and adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist colleagues with various tasks, such as loading and unloading trucks, organizing supplies, and resolving inventory-related issues, to include following up with suppliers to track and/or expedite orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED.
• Familiarity with Inventory Control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Willing to learn conducting regular cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Able to monitor inventory levels by maintaining accurate records, tracking stock movement, and identifying discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid state driver's license (required for parts deliveries).
• Must have reliable means of transportation.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Desired Experience/Skills

• Experience with Ramco Inventory Systems.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Forklift certification.
• HazMat certification.
• Experience utilizing FedEx online shipping system.
• Experience scheduling pick-ups with freight forwarders.

Physical Demands

• Occasional lifting, carrying and moving up to 100 pounds with assistance, if required.
• Regular use of hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms.
• Regularly ascend/descend stairs and/or ladders.
• Sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a warehouse subject to extreme heat or cold for extended periods of time.

Work Authorization

• Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form.
• Tactical Air Support is a Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace. Pre-employment, random, or for cause drug/alcohol testing (including for marijuana) required.
• Pre-employment and ongoing physical certifications required.
• Occasional aircraft hangar or warehouse environment with exposure to loud noises, fumes from engines and chemicals, unpredictable climate (hot/cold), and electrical shock, or trip or slip
• May be exposed to or required to handle hazardous materials.
• Specific work hours determined by operational, departmental, or contractual requirements.
• Occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and overtime work may be required.
• Occasional travel to various work sites throughout the U.S. may be required
