RoleThe Fulfillment Supervisor will be responsible for directing and supervising fulfillment Coordinators to meet individual performance metrics consistent with the client(s) Service Level Agreements and NationsOTC Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations in the fulfillment center.
- Provide daily work assignments and production goals to assigned team members.
- Develop performance goals and targets to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality.
- Coach and develop a team of NationsBenefits Fulfillment Coordinators.
- Partner with other supervisors to identify and implement process improvements.
- Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
- Directly accountable for accuracy of employee attendance records, payroll approvals, PTO, and scheduling
- Organize and conduct necessary training activities for team members.
- Maintain a positive work environment by acting and clearly communicating in a manner to build strong relationships with the team.
- Proactively thinks beyond the explicit assignment to ask second-order questions.
- Accurately, quickly and clearly answers questions related to their area of focus.
- Effectively prepare for and run start of shift meetings and other internal meetings as needed.
- High School or general education degree (GED).
- 1-2 years management experience in operations.
- Excellent leadership and administration skills and abilities.
- Working understanding of Warehouse Management System.
- Confident decision maker who uses data, job experience and team collaboration to make quality decisions for the business.
- Proven ability as a passionate people-centric leader who can effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company.
- Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you.
- Comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 30 lbs. unassisted and moving product 30+ lbs. via team lift.
