- Warehouse oversight and work scheduling activities including KRONOS time keeping
- Ensures warehouse activities comply with Corporate Quality Regulations for food safety including such activities as Good Manufacturing Practices and Sanitation requirements
- Maintains inventory accuracy for raw materials (ingredients), packaging and finished goods through approved processes including such things as physical inventories and cycle counts
- Supports quality/business management systems
- Coordinates onboarding and training processes for the development of employees
- Monitors staff performance addresses deficiencies and ensures corrective action plans are provided
- Develops functional team to perform all required activities related to tactical, strategic, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Creates and maintains area specific procedures and work instructions
- Interaction with customers and suppliers which requires professional communication and business acumen
- Cooperates with and maintains open communication between shifts and departments
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
- Dedicate effort to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same condition as they arrive
- Exhibit the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion, and sound judgment
- Adhere to all DFA Quality, Safety and GMP policies and procedures and report any nonconformity
- Attend required training, including but not limited to, Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Foods (SQF)

Education and Experience
- High school degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Combination of 1-3 years of experience including purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- SAP system experience preferred
- Skill set must include proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
