Your Challenge:
- Supervises staff in the performance of a variety of duties: shipping, receiving, stocking, storing, inventory selection, etc.
- Prepares and maintains various regular inventory and or shipping reports to management, authorizes and or rejects shipments and resolves discrepancies.
- Delegates work assignments.
- Maintain work area and serves as contact for suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain compliance to business policies and procedures pertaining to safety, housekeeping, and work habits.
- Strong skills as a team leader and team building.
- Ability to schedule and prioritize work based on production schedules and available resources.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Knowledge of import / export requirements
- Able to communicate objectives and results to those below and above.
Your Expertise:
- High School diploma or equivalent,
- Minimum three years' experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing environment.
- Computer skills with the ability to use Oracle (or equivalent MRP System), Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Microsoft Products.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to communicate clearly and in a manner that supports the business.
- Must be motivated and able to operate independently with some direction from supervisor and/or management.
- Must be organized and possess time management skills and skills to adapt to priority changes.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance and be a sole US citizen.

Located in Summerville SC, this brand new state-of-the-art facility is approximately 134,000 square feet dedicated to manufacturing in relations to machining, welding, assembly and quality inspections.
