JOB SUMMARY:
As an employee at People’s Cartage Inc., you will represent Mayne Inc. as their Warehouse Specialistonsite in the warehouse. Your role will include managing specialty inbounds and outbounds, such as customer returns, as well as inventory control and product quality. This position will involve handling and moving products, transacting in multiple data systems, and monitoring inventory. Though an employee of People’s Cartage Inc. who will adhere to the site’s quality and safety standards, this position will report directly to Mayne for job responsibilities and advancement.
This role is designed to elevate skilled self-starters to develop and increase the range of duties as Mayne grows its business with Peoples. Potential for Full Time negotiable.
A successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to problem solve and communicate solutions. They must be capable of working with tight time constraints while maintaining attention to detail.

Essential Functions of the Job:
· Be primary point of contact between Mayne and Peoples
· Prepare shipments and backloads for RTV's (return to vendor)
· Process customer returns and record dispositions
· Rebox, repair and restock Returns
· Manage stock levels, especially of limited run or discontinued products
· Conduct inventory counts
· Communicate inventory information to Mayne team
· Investigate and resolve quality and inventory issues
· Prepare specialty shipments, i.e. customer replacements, sales samples
· Identify and help resolve any shipping or receiving errors
Our Expectations:
· High School Diploma or GED
· 2+ years’ experience working in a Warehousing or Equivalent Environment
· Ability to lift to 50lbs.
· Strong Written and Oral Communication in a Professional Setting
· Team Player Mentality
· Highly Organized and Detail Oriented
· Self-Starter with the ability to Function Independently
· Knowledge of Mayne Products an Asset
· Reliable, Accountable and Consistent
· Ability to Learn and Adapt in a growing company
· Moderate Computer Skills Required (Microsoft Office)
· Experience with ERPs and WMS systems an Asset (Netsuite and Synapse)
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
