1. SUMMARY
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing the close out of all sales order documentation and shipment of all outgoing orders at ChildLife Essentials
2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee the creation of sales order load sheets.
· Oversee and ensure the close out of all sales orders to include the review of sales orders documentation, shipping documentation, and placement of tracking numbers on order tracking spreadsheet.
· Oversee the arrangement of outgoing shipments to include providing shipper with all documentation needed for proper receipt and / or clearance of order.
· When needed, notify the customer of tracking details including the creation of Advanced Shipment Notification.
· Work with the Finance team on creation of invoices and in ensuring payment received for pre-paid customers, when needed, ahead of shipment of outgoing orders.
· Work with Finance team on documentation errors and oversee correction.
· Notify customers of any documentation errors / issues.
· Assist with the pick / packing of outgoing customer orders and / or materials.
· Assist with bi-weekly cycle counts and bi-annual physical inventory counts.
· Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
· Ability to work in a team environment and interact well with co-workers and other department personnel.
· Assist in promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
· Assisting with various duties / tasks as seen necessary and directed by the Warehouse Manager, Executive team, and / or Ownership.

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
To perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job in a satisfactory manner, the Warehouse Coordinator shall have:
· At least two years in a warehouse environment, preferably in a GMP regulated environment in the food, pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or nutraceutical industry.
· At least one year in a role that necessitated customer interaction or customer service.
· Language: English proficient with basic reading and writing skills. Mathematical aptitude: counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and reasoning abilities sufficient enough to allow for the completion of the job duties outlined herein.
5. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Warehouse Specialist shall be exposed to conditions as expected in a typical warehouse setting, to include exposure to vapors and herbal aromas, as well as moderate noise levels, and may be regularly required to:
· Stand for prolonged periods of time, including during the performance of normal work functions, while operating a forklift.
· Sit and perform work in front of a computer, RF device including basic computer skills.
· Perform standing, twisting, bending, crawling, climbing, etc. motions as necessitates during the performance of job.

Pay: $25.80 - $26.25 per hour
