Salary### Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely processing or orders in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience with order fulfillment, warehouse management systems, and possess strong organizational skills. Primarily, the candidate will be printing shipping labels, while reviewing files for accuracy before loading to the printer.
### Duties:
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders
- Prepare shipping shipping labels
- Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory and manage orders
- Update inventory records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory counts as needed
### Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes
- Knowledge of different shipping systems
- Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment
- Proficiency in operating a PC and various office programs
- Ability to stay focused and sit for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with working inside inventory management software
