Position Overview: This position’s main tasks are palletizing and processing large orders, as well as organizing/assisting others on a forklift. However, we are a very small team, so being willing to learn and complete a wide variety of other tasks including assembling/disassembling tools, processing/shipping ground orders, and receiving/stickering products is important. There’s lots to learn in this position, and plenty of room for creative growth as well – including working with others to establish more efficient procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and Palletize large orders daily
- Handle paperwork for FedEx shipments
- Operate a forklift to efficiently organize the warehouse
- Pack ground orders, build/disassemble products, and create custom storage solutions
- Apply stickers to products and assist in counting inventory
- Assist in receiving and processing new shipments
- Utilize shipping software to create labels
- Use inventory management software to track and manage products
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting
- Large machinery experience, especially with forklifts, is necessary!
- Capable of using power tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Familiarity with shipping and inventory management software is a bonus

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
