Warehouse Shipping Associate Job Description

Salary: $17-18/hr DOE
35-40 hrs per week

Want to be able to work with drones and be a part of the online resale industry?We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Shipping Associate to join our team. As a Shipping
Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring orders and outgoing shipments are processed in a timely manner.

GD Sales LLC is a small online resale company based out of Winter Haven, FL. We sell drones and electronics on popular online retail platforms.

Requirements:
● At least 18 yrs old
● Be able to pick up at least 40 lbs.
● Be able to stand for long periods of time
● Work in a small warehouse space
● Be able to effectively and securely put together packaging for shipments
● Good hand eye coordination to test and handle drones and electronics
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
● Team player
● Good time-management skills
● Great interpersonal and communication skills
● Focused and present worker
● Reliable and responsible

The ideal candidate will be able to(but not limited to):
● Have an understanding of current shipping carriers and services
● Be able to work with shipping software and effectively manage outgoing orders
● Sort and organize inventory from incoming shipments
● Be able to package and ship items effectively
● Oversee the whole shipping process
● Able to test and visual inspect drones and other items for sale(training provided)
● Be able to handle small parts and electronics
● Be able to process data entry (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets)
● Ensure attention to detail for processing orders and inventory
● Able to take constructive feedback

The ideal candidate will be a paid contractor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
