As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
As a Shipping and Receiving Associate at Patton LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Shipping and Receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience with FEDEX/UPS, strong English written and communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills are required, and the ability to lift 30 lbs to shoulder height is essential. Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are also important for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Packaging and shipping of international and domestic orders for internal and external customers
• Preparing DIM and weight analysis and rate quotes for the sales department
• Final processing of package shipments through automated FEDEX/UPS/DHL systems
• Notifying freight forwarders of shipment pickups
• Resolving export issues identified by sales, customers, or carriers
• Warehouse stocking and maintenance
• Receiving materials into inventory from receiving and/or manufacturing locations
• Performing inventory cycle counts and reconciling variances
• Maintaining inventory integrity and stockroom housekeeping
• Providing customer support and fulfilling stock requisition requests
• Performing inventory adjustments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with FEDEX/UPS
• Strong English written and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to lift 30 lbs to shoulder height and stand for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DHL or other shipping carriers
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Familiarity with inventory management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
