Stocker / Receiver / Inventory Associate / Summer Position

Camps Airy and Louise is seeking local (or near by) reliable and detail-oriented Inventory, Receivers / Stockers to join our team for the summer of 2024!

As a Stocker/Receiver, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory in our commercial Kitchen . Your role will involve ensuring that products are stocked and readily available for our kitchen crew. This is a vital position that contributes to the overall success of our summer camp and the happiness of our campers!

Duties:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy and quality of orders.
- Unload product from delivery trucks.
- Organize and stock products on shelves and in designated areas.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Assist Kitchen manager in planning weekly orders.
- assist kitchen team by pulling items and providing product to promote workflow in production.
- Keep the kitchen and loading dock clean and organized at all times
- Distribution of product to different departments and events by schedule and special events

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or stockroom operations preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and follow written and verbal instruction.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Ability to lift up to 40lbs, carry, push/pull, bend, stand for long periods of time.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications
- Drivers license is a PLUS

MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE INDEPENDENTLY DAILY.

START DATE IS FLEXIBLE BUT CAN BE AS EARLY AS MAY 25th, NO LATER THAN JUNE 1 SEASON ENDS MID AUGUST.

MUST BE 18 OR OLDER
