Job Purpose and Requirements
To provide general warehouse and equipment processing services to corporate pool warehouse operations.
- Fill district orders for equipment and accessories.
- Prioritize orders to ensure customers’ “need by” dates are met.
- Pack and ship equipment to meet customer requests and minimize costs and damage.
- Select carrier and service level to meet district requests and minimize costs.
- Pack and ship equipment to meet carrier’s requirements and district’s facilities, (including crates, pallets, and boxes) and minimize shipping damage.
- Complete required shipping documents and/or computer entry.
- Contact carrier to arrange pick-up and delivery.
- Trace lost or delayed shipments.
- Support districts with inbound shipping by providing packing advice and selecting and scheduling carriers.
- Check incoming shipments against packing slip and note damaged and/or missing goods. Complete computer entry to receive in goods.
- Label and shelve supplies and route equipment to appropriate areas.
- Maintain general appearance of warehouse, shelving, and shipping areas.
- Maintain adequate supply of packing and shipping materials.
- Operate and maintain forklift.
- Perform clerical functions as needed to maintain warehouse operations.
- Receive and dispense supply inventory.
- Maintain inventory control systems to help ensure proper inventory levels.
- Enter transfer activity.
- Support with periodic physical counts of supply inventory. Maintain logs, bills of lading, manifest and other shipping documents as required.
- Support with processing equipment tagged for disposal.
- Provide 24-hour call as directed by Operations Manager - District.
- May drive from time to time.
- Assume other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Background Requirements
- High School Diploma
- One or more years related experience and/or training
Development
Level II and III
- Ability to work independently or in team environment.
- Ability to provide training and development for JR WSR staff
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to run reports and provide practical input and feedback.
- Understand processes and data related to ISO and or OCG guidelines.
