We are looking for Senior warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed, and monitoring the quality of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Plan work, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results.
• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.
• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Receive items through the LN process, review contents, and perform count of items in shipment to reconcile against invoice or packing slip
• Document all discrepant material and work with the Purchasing department to follow up with shippers
• Maintain orderly documentation of materials in storage
• Counting, sorting, and weighing all inbound goods and authenticating the receipt of the same in accordance with the shipping note
• Inspecting the received goods and documenting any damages and discrepancies
• Pull production kits of material from the warehouse
• Perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy
• Organizes warehouse material for ease of kitting
• Manages the material on the shop floor to ensure kitting accuracy
• Organizes incoming material to be stored in warehouse stock
• Maintains and supports the 5S program in warehouse
• Works with management to prioritize order kitting

• Ability to meet deadlines

Physical demands and work environment:

· While the regular working cycle of this job is usually 5 days on (Monday - Friday) 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday), working hours may vary.

· This job may include working weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

· May work overtime as required.

• Work environment: While performing duties of this job, the employee works on the production floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
