Warehouse Receiving

SUMMARY

Picks, packs, and ships promotional products and merchandise to internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner; efficiently and safely transports, sorts, and stocks materials.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive items into WMS (RTD) via receiving POs and place them into pickable locations or long-term storage
• Maintain an open communication channel to Account Managers, Purchasing and the Technology Team regarding the status of their receiving POs
• Pick, Pack, and ship orders from WMS (RTD) at an established productivity rate
• Prioritize work based on ship date and assigned customer accounts
• Maintain inventory controls completing cycle counts and quarterly inventory reports
• Kit, pack, and ship custom orders for clients from Social Imprints WO System
• Process returns and exchanges based on established workflow
• Maintain safe and clean work environment; complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations
• Track productivity by completing work order reports in WO System
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing all daily and assigned tasks
• Partner with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to resolve and prevent issues and enhance mutual understanding of processes
• Support sales with job prioritization, order status reporting, and on-time shipment
• Maintain quality service by following company standards
• Other duties as assigned

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

Nonexempt: Nonexempt employees are entitled to overtime pay and minimum wage as described in the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Nonexempt employees are paid for each hour worked and 1.5 times the hourly wage for any hours worked over 8 hours in a day. Hours of work dependent on job needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 per hour
