Warehouse Production Worker

Company Overview: We are a locally owned and rapidly growing distribution company seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Warehouse Production team. As a critical part of our warehouse operations, you will collaborate with fellow team members to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of inventory to meet the rising demand.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Production Team Member, your role will encompass a variety of tasks to support warehouse operations. You will be trained to handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced, production-line style environment. Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

Production: Work efficiently to package items according to specific product requirements, maintaining high standards of accuracy and speed.

Sort/Inventory Management: Learn and implement proper stocking procedures to ensure items are stored correctly. Familiarize yourself with various packaging supplies and effectively return them to their designated locations.

Shipping: Collaborate in the process of picking and packing orders for shipment. Ensure meticulous packaging, labeling, and compliance with shipping company standards and customer specifications.

Department Cleaning/Maintenance: Contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility through daily floor sweeping and proper disposal of trash.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
• Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

While prior experience is not necessary, candidates with the following attributes will be preferred:

• General warehouse experience (inbound or outbound)
• Experience in production tasks, such as pad printing and consumer product packaging
• Experience with forklift operation a plus.

Additional Information:

This is an entry-level position with room for growth within our company. The initial period of employment will be a 30-day probationary period, after which the position will become permanent.
